I’m pretty sure Chibnall has said that he doesn’t want to return as he’s done all he wants to do. And I’m fine with that. If he changes his mind though, then I definitely wouldn’t be angry!

If they make Mrs Flood a bigenerated Rani but also have them as separate people and Mrs Flood doesn’t go by the Rani then imo it’s giving fuel to racists that dislike 15, if she’s an illegitimate Rani then it sets a bad precedent. Partly why I hated the bigeneration in the first place.

After saying that bigeneration is a myth, and it only happened for a real special occasion in the 60th, I really really doubt it would happen again so soon.
I don’t even know why the Rani bigenerating would be a thing? She wouldn’t need to bigenerate for Mrs Flood to be her, just normal regeneration.

I definitely want to believe he got DWM early for the star leak for Belinda in ep 1 as it’s now confirmed, but if he got Midnight right then… idk it looks likely.

But there’s a million different people posting their theories, doesn’t mean it’s him.
Plus RTD said someone spotted it, not that someone with knowledge leaked it. Huge difference.

Like I want nothing more than it to be fake but so far there’s been several things pointing to it. RTD even outright corroborating it saying ep 3 and 6 you should avoid socials, that’s the supposed Midnight & Mrs Flood reveals(which predate rtd saying those eps).

I’ve said it before but:
Mrs Flood didn’t recognise the TARDIS when she first saw it. She didn’t know who the Doctor was. She only knew it was a TARDIS when he went inside it and dematerialised
I think unless there’s some weird memory wiping going on, that confirms she can’t be anyone who has seen the Doctor’s TARDIS before.
If it’s the Rani I’ll eat my hat.
