I love that he did this
I donāt know what the reference was, but thatās great too!

The 6/Frobisher reference is the mention of Marinus as one of the origins of the Cybermen! From The World Shapers.
Thatās sad whenever I hear about the people at the top stopping things like this it really annoys me, although it would be interesting to hear why these decisions are made
As I understand, it was to not confuse viewers. But all this is rumours, I think.
My wishlist:
I agree with all of this! (Narvinā¦pleaseā¦I need my narvin on tvā¦) I also havenāt heard CM yet, but based on remembrance of the Daleks, I would love Allison in s3!!!
I donāt even need to speak these days with @Jae as my puppet muhahahhaha!
If Allison ever turned up on screen again Iād scream SO loudly youād be able to hear me in Scandinavia
This just kind of falls under my bizarre ideas for a seasonā¦
Showrunner: Chris Chibnall/Russell T Davis (co-showrunners)
(And yes, I put Chris as co-showrunner, but didnāt have him write any episodes. Itās for the bestā¦)
In case anyone was curious about my thought process there:
First, I think the showrunner job is a bit much for one person, especially for Doctor Who. So I split it into two showrunners co-running it. Thing is, I think Chibnall often has good ideas. I just generally think itās better when other people write them. RTDās been repeating some of the same ideas a bit much, so could use the help.
OTOH, Iād rather RTD did the writing of the two. Chibnall can do some of the script editing, though. I also kind of feel they might keep each other in check a little.
I went 12 episodes, because I want lots of episodes. Lots of two parters is because I think a lot of the problem has been episodes that need more time. Iād rather a bit more classic of an approach.
Obviously one of the showrunners should start things, so RTD. Maxine is really good, and Iād love a two parter by her.
Frank, well, he wrote Smile, which I do like⦠and Forest of the Night. Well, maybe adding RTD in will help.
An RTD/Moffat two-parter! Iām kinda trying for another Empty Child/Doctor Dances hereā¦
Richard Curtis. He wrote Vincent and the Doctor. A bunch of other good stuff, too.
Ed Hime. Yes, he wrote Orphan 55⦠which needed more time, and Iām giving him a two parter. He also wrote It Takes You Away, though, and thatās more what I have in mind.
James Moran. Wrote Fires of Pompei, some Torchwood stuff, and Severance.
And I do want more Kate Heron. Enjoyed Rogue, and I also liked Loki. Also, I didnāt want either of the showrunners trying to do the season finale.
Arguably I could put new writers in, but I thought it was more fun to try slotting in existing writers that I wouldnāt mind a return ofā¦
Misread this as Romana Reloaded and I got so excited
Following on from a brief Reality War comment. Susan being an arc for S3. The Search for Susan. Maybe she is in trouble & is calling for Doccy Whoās help? Or better still, she has some secret info that is needed to resolve a galaxy wide crisis? Tie her in with the return of the daleks?
I think that RTD doesnāt want to set it up that much tomorrow because he still has no deal for season 3, and it seems he wants to close a lot of open threads then. But I think that sounds like a good season arc, and it could happen.
I suspect heās got a chunk of season 3 already written at this pointā¦
No wait I think youāre on to something here
Billie Piper as the Doctor
Freema Agyeman as Romanadvoratrelundar, a.k.a. Fred
Jenna Coleman as Brax
Pearl Mackie as Iris Wildthyme
Matt Lucas as the Meddling Monk
Pierce Brosnan as Rassilon
and Alex Kingston as River Song
Spider Daleks from the TV Movie, maybe even a Wizard Dalek.
No Narvin here is killing me itās so funny
Another massive lore change episode about The Moon.
Series 14 or for them to use legacy numbering and start the series count being in the 40s officially, like comics do. (This suggestion is just as a lark.)
I would watch that!!!
Brax as a lady has me
