Sadly, it is being reported that Pamela Salem - Toos in Robots of Death and Professor Rachel Jensen in Remembrance of the Daleks and Countermeasures - has died.

Very sad news. I loved her in Robots of Death especially. She also had a very distinctive voice which worked so well on audio.
I was planning on relistening to Countermeasures soon. Now I will. In her memory. RIP

Definitely a shame. From her wikipedia page, she apparently auditioned to play Leela originally, and was one of the voices of Xoanon in Face of Evil as well…
