The site could really use a page linked at the bottom, maybe under tools, where you can submit errors you’ve found in listings and the like. I’ve found that the image for Miles Taylor and linked TMDB is wrong, but I haven’t any idea where I could actually tell someone this so it can be fixed. It would be rather silly to have to make a forum post for each mistake found, so a place where you can quickly submit a ticket I think would go a long way.
That’s not a bad idea at all. We used to have a thread for reporting bugs and corrections, but it was harder to keep up with everything and make sure that it was fixed, so we decided to move to a system where bugs, corrections and suggestions are handled in separate threads for each case. This way, we can handle the vases in isolation and know when they have been dealt with. But it’s not the most efficient system.
So, for now, making a thread about the issue under Website Meta Discussions > Bug Reports and Corrections is the way to go 
As for this particular case, they do pop up from. Time to time since the actor images have been pulled automatically from IMDb based on the actor names. We’ll correct it manually. Thanks for pointing it out.
like MrColdStream says, the forum posts are currently the way because they’re easiest for shauny to keep track of. That said we do have the suggest edits form on story, character and collectable pages so if you find any errors there just use that and it’ll get checked and approved by those of us who are curators
