    It hurts me to put any on the lower ranks here, none of these are lower than 8/10 to me and this ranking is far from fixed, I love them all so much, literally everything up to Weapon of Choice I have marked as a favourite

It’s important to note that every one of these stories is a 10/10 for me; the ranking is very close.

I love that Spirit is ranked highly by everyone. We are all completely right to love Leela/Romana going on holiday together and merging minds.

I calculated the average placements from everyone, making this our collective Gallifrey S1-3 ranking:
Spirit: 2.6
Lies: 3.4
A Blind Eye: 4
Imperiatrix: 4.8
Fractures: 5.6 and Mindbomb: 5.6
Insurgency: 6.2
Pandora: 6.6
Warfare: 7.4
Weapon of Choice: 8.83
Square One: 10.17
The Inquiry: 10.83
Appropriation: 12
Panacea: 12.2

It’s interesting, because Appropriation actually has one more placement right at the bottom, but Panacea is on average lower

For sure, but it getting a ranking from 11, 12, 13, and 14 from each of us is very telling, I find.

by the algorithm it’s the highest rated episode of all of Gallifrey even, though there’s one in War Room that’s higher with fewer ratings. Mindbomb has 4.28, Imperiatrix 4.26 and Disassembled (S4 but whatever) has 4.27
