Inferno is 10/10 no question. @N_Squared is simply wrong.

Opinions are never wrong, even if you don’t agree with them. I like Inferno and give it a 7/10, but I like The Invasion more (8/10). This is backed up by my MTTR which has the later at 33 and the former at 49 (out of all 329 stories). @deltaandthebannermen .

I love ‘Pyramids of Mars’, putting it up against ‘The War Games’ is unfair! The same goes for ‘The Aztecs’ being utterly trounced by ‘The Evil of the Daleks’…

This is the one thing about these sorts of tournaments that never sits quite right with me; Doctor Who is so inherently varied and diverse in the stories it can tell and exists as a franchise replete with all manner of genres and styles. To compare a pure historical scrutinising the ethics of interfering with history against arguably the most narratively satisfying finale from the 1960s – and a Dalek feature penned by Whitaker, no less – is hardly fair. Alas, I’ve cast my vote…

I went for Pyramids of Mars and Evil of the Daleks.

But it so easily could have been the other two.
