TV Club has hit The Dominators so it seems a good time to celebrate all things QUARK!
Once the robot servitors of the Dominators, they soon went on to become planet-conquering villains in their own right!
(And those adventures in TV Comic contributed to their creators, Haisman and Lincoln, parting ways with the BBC and denying us one of the legendary ‘lost’ stories - The Laird of McCrimmon)
What are your favourite Quark appearances?
My favourite Quark appearances were under the table in my grandparents’ lounge. No, really… As a little boy, I was obsessed with the Quarks and used to build them out of Lego. Their base of operations was beneath the aforementioned table, and they would regularly menace Batman and Robin as their Corgi Batmobile came screeching to a halt on the carpet before them. Holy crossover!
My favorite Quarks appearance is in the Dominators.
My only Quarks appearance was in the Dominators…
