That was my first thought as well but I don’t see why they would wait until July to release that. My guess is that this is from season 2.

This joke is even better in Swedish where Christmas is named Jul, in is i, and July is juli. This makes Christmas in July become “Jul i juli”

Sadly not in Finnish 
Christmas is “joulu”.
There’s no proposition “in” in Finnish.
And July is “heinäkuu” (literally “hay moon”).
So: Joulu heinäkuussa = Christmas (in) hay moon.
However, Finnish is fun for actually naming one of its months after Christmas; we literally have “joulukuu” = Christmas moon = December
