I always think ducks sound like they’re laughing; but this is next level.

Yeah, and honestly pretty typical sounds for foxes to make, too.

Ray Wilson era Genesis will always be one of my favourite things.

If they’d changed the band name to reflect how much the style had changed, I reckon this line-up would still be going.

This Christmas song is hugely underrated IMO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H2fgbN6vTY0

Staad is Bavarian for quiet (German: still). Advent season is known as ‘staade Zeit’ (quiet time). I guess because people in earlier times could not work as much as the rest of the year because of the snow, they had a quiet time. Or maybe a better translation is ‘contemplative time’—because of the lack of (ok more like: reduced load of) physical work, people could reflect and think.
Well, I guess we are living in very different times now.

The Lost Christmas Eve is my favorite Trans-Siberian Orchestra ablum, but for those who weren’t aware, each TSO album actually tells a story. This album actually has a narrated version which I’m posting here.

One of the best pieces of videogame music out there.

I often stick this on before I head to bed, because it’s just so relaxing.
