Nice work. Good job everyone!
Now Iâve got a better idea of what to add to my spreadsheet. Should I remove the stuff Iâve stuck on there thatâs been added to the Guide?
Yes please.
I think comics are best done in a big lump. The non-grouped stuff you have in your spreadsheet is better to keep track of because it may get lost otherwise
âŚI screwed up the google sheet and put these two image names the wrong way round
Everything else is right, but whoops
No problem, fixed now!
Even more comics!!!
Thanks @deltaandthebannermen
I just added all the Free Comic Book Day comics!
And I thought I had given you all the Titan stuff. Great job!
I noticed it was a glaring omission as I have all these comics, so thought Iâd just put them up there while I had some time!
Even more comics added now - some random ones from @Tian
@DarthGallifrey we should almost be caught up now with all submitted spreadsheets - just need to check on the Annuals one. Tian is going to work alongside you in your spreadsheet!
Okay. Sounds good. Iâll go back over it when I get time to see what needs to stay from 1964-1971. Then Iâll go into 1972 using the Guide as a guide to know whatâs on there and what isnât.
Okay - resident expert here asking - what do the Captain Britain comics have to do with Doctor Who??
I know some of the back up strips were reprinted in the Captain Britain stuff but I thought that was as far as it went.
(And you have the cheek to call BBV Who-adjacent!)
Itâs all to do with Merlin being the one who gave him his powers, the very same Merlin from Doctor Who.
And itâs all on TARDIS Wiki so I assume someone knows what they are doing
I will say there are part of TARDIS wiki which I would take with a pinch of saltâŚ
But okay, fair enough - not something I had ever come across before!
(Still further away from Who than BBV though⌠)
Okay, gone through my âRandom Who Stuffâ sheet and wasnât able to remove anything this time around. Currently the bulk of whatâs still on there include the TV Century 21 Dalek strips, the Polystyle Third Doctor strips (up through 1971), basic data for various annuals and a scattering of other random stuff. When I get going again, Iâll take https://tardis.wiki/wiki/1972_(releases) and keep adding from there onwards through time.
Just read The Sword is Drawn, and as far as I could tell from just reading it, absolutely nothing
According to the wiki two of the characters in it are gallifreyan, but youâd never know from reading it
I was waiting to see if it would eventually be added, but since (all?) of the Marvel Comics have been imported into the site and the team seems to be mostly done, whatâs the status on Age of Chaos?
Just in case you arenât aware of it, I thought Iâd mention the Doctor Who and the Daleks story told on a set of cards sold with candy cigarettes, I think it counts as a comic.
