This has been posted elsewhere but we thought it best it also has a place of its own so it isn’t missed.
There have been a few discussions recently about the pitfalls that any online community can be victim to and, as much as we try to be better than many online spaces, we are not immune to making mistakes. We have worked hard to build a positive, inclusive, welcoming community but we will make mistakes and the team is open to listening to concerns and complaints to try and make things even better.
If a specific post concerns you please use the flag icon below the post to alert the moderators.
If you have a more general concern about something that has happened in a discussion or with a particular individual, please reach out to the moderators so that things can be resolved. Often a quiet word and an apology can do the world of good in keeping our community safe and welcoming. As has been discussed elsewhere, any online community is prone to misunderstandings, misreadings and elements of ‘lost in translation’.
