This is an interview between the time criminal the ████ and the Obscure (real name Narlexbaltauarijast) that occured after the attack on the Capital by the ████ and his associates.

The Obscure: You’ve got a long list of crimes going here, ████.
████: Like I don’t know.
The Obscure: The thing about you, ████, is that you don’t stop with the disguises. I mean, you’re not very good at them.
████: How dare you! Do you know who you’re talking to?
The Obscure: Yeah, I’m talking to the timelord who disguised himself as ████. I mean, you’re literally called the ████!
████: Why don’t you get on with reading out my crimes.
The Obscure: Alright, arson, kidnapping, treason, attack on the state, reckless abuse of time control, timeline destruction and altering the history of Gallifrey.
████: Treason?!
The Obscure: Against the Lord President, yes. Congratulations, you managed to comprehend that.
████: You know what, Obscure, your lackeys searched me, didn’t they?
The Obscure: Yes?
████: But they didn’t check a scan for digested reality compressors, did they?
The Obscure: Those haven’t been made for years, why would we?
████: Hmm, why would you? Because I have a stash, goodbye!

(████ vanishes and an alarm begins to blare)

Oh interesting! I wonder who that redacted time lord can be. Also I think we still haven’t solved the second clue in Contingency Plan Activated if anyone has an idea on that

Well, the Time Lord’s alias is clearly Luxor Brauman. Beyond that, we need more data.

Second clue? I’m not really seeing any “clues” in the mentioned thread. Just that a Red TARDIS was sighted at Western Drumlins and Paternoster Row.

I was wondering if the second location mentioned had any deeper meaning still, but reading over it just now, you’re probably right and it isn’t really a clue to be solved, like it was with the passkeys

Also, Monks used to (actually don’t know if they still do) brew beer, and Brauman translated from German is “Brewman”.
