Matt smith and capaldi absolutely because are my best saga ever impossible girl and my darling melody pond but david tennant has a special place from my heart so it’s hard to choose the one but for sure theses are my bests doctor ever.

Yes, Classic is usually defined as anything from 1963-1996.
There are loads of ways to watch Classic depending on what country you’re in

I don’t know if Classic Who is available on any Brazilian streaming service, but if it isn’t, then your best bet is to buy the DVDs or Blu-ray box sets online.
