While The Talons of Weng-Chiang is undoubtedly flawed, without it we wouldn’t have the audio series Jago & Litefoot, one of the very best things in the Doctor Who universe.

It baffles me tbh, only story I haven’t finished because of how all-encompassing it is. Its not even representative of the era, its way beyond the pale even by 70s standards, idk how it was ever made, much less what people see in it today.
