My favorite is Six, but if I had to assign a second and third ranking, they would go to Twelve and Thirteen. I do also like Nine.

Vengeance on Varos and Revelation of the Daleks are his two most well-regarded serials. I’d continue with either of those (I personally was introduced to his era with RotD). If you’re interested in historicals, The Mark of the Rani is worth viewing. It’s the eponymous character’s debut and a fun time. I would have suggested The Two Doctors since you have Jamie in your picture, but you’ve completed it!
