Help identifying a DW book

Hi all,

Can you help me identify a specific DW book?

Unfortunately, I only remember one part of it…

It is set on an alien planet, in an (American) Old West environment, and the antagonist is a Dolphin, in a special suit that circulated water through it…

That’s all I remember, LOL!

Can anyone assist?
