Hey ho, I’m James (nickname Jomes lol) and I’ve been a member of the site and forum for a long while now, but never properly introduced myself woops.
I’m from Germany, so I haven’t been a Doctor Who fan from the beginning, simply because it was not a thing in Germany. I remember catching an episode on tv in 2005, but the show quickly vanished to obscure channels at impossible airing times, so it took till 2010 when a friend sat me down and we binged Nine and Ten’s episodes together and I’ve been a big fan since. I’ve also been to a convention a couple of years ago and met Matt Smith and a few more actors and I’ve visited the Doctor Who Experience in London and Cardiff.
My other interests in tv shows are mainly Star Trek (how cool would a crossover be???!) but also Hannibal (the tv show).
Hobbies are reading, writing fic, drawing, travelling and good food.
I’m autistic and ace/aro and trans and happy to share experiences.

Incredibly jealous of you there. I know the one in Cardiff is long since gone, but I don’t know if the London one still exists.
Either way, I envy you for getting to go.

The London one was gone before the Cardiff one. It was only ever temporary.

I really hope they bring this back one day. Was it closed because its popularity waned?
