Well, it’s been a while since I did my initial introduction on here (over 2 years, time flies), but for a few reasons, thought it’d be good to do a re-introduction, primarily being the username change, and the things that come with it.
So yeah, hey all, I’m Eve (She/Her), formerly JayPea, now @eevee!
I’m a 24 year old Doctor Who fan, and have been watching the show for as long as I remember (hell, the earliest memory I can put a date to being of Doctor Who), my parents introducing me to the classics, and having watched every episode of NuWho at least the week that it dropped.
In the Doctor Who space, I’m an especially big fan of Torchwood, having consumed very nearly every story that exists (I’ve been putting off the last two from the Main Range because I don’t want it to be over), and I… I don’t know if enjoy is the right word, but am fascinated by some of the ‘untempered whoniverse’, primarily PROBE. I’m also a contributor to, and the email moderator for, The Deca Zine, a charity zine about The Deca (the doctor’s childhood friend group), which has just opened orders.
Oh, and I also do the book club posts on here!
Outside of Doctor Who, I’m big into comics, and very big into TTRPGs. I’m also a third party designer, editor, and consultant for D&D 5e, under Nocturnal Designs, if anyone wants to chat about that, then I’m always open to do so!
But yeah, that about sums it up, when I first came to this forum back in April 2024, I was describing myself as gender■■■■y, and now, two years on, I’m happily settled on gender■■■■y trans woman lmao. It’s been a journey, and one I don’t think really ever finishes, but at least the storms have settled and the waters ahead are looking at least a little easier!
