I tried to make this in the style of an Only Connect wall – so there are either 1 or 2 overlaps in each category, but the whole thing is technically guessable in one go if you work out the categories, note which one doesn’t have any overlaps, and eliminate wrong possibilities from there.

I got the theme of ‘different universe’ though that one still took me a moment because my brain didn’t want to separate the gallifrey titles. Everything else was pure guessing

Yes. Emancipation: Gallifrey and The Eighth of March; Empire of Death: PDA and series 14; The Mutants: 3rd Doctor story & another name for The Daleks. Also the rest in case other people are curious – Thin Ice: series 10 and Lost Stories; and the decoy was World Enough and Time, which in fact had to go in literary references, but there is series 10 and The Diary of River Song
