I don’t think it would affect much… What do you think @sircarolyn?
Then better keep to the schedule. Enjoy the journey!

I think actually between Pandora and Insurgency is the perfect place to listen to Damned If You Do, and it won’t spoil anything, but it won’t hit the same as it does knowing who Narvin is going to become later. It’ll just be another installment is ‘wow that Narvin guy is kind of a dick’.
I’m seriously thinking about Timelash next year too… it’ll be a trek for me but I might visit my friend while I’m at it.
Tbh, it’s not a strict schedule at all, it’s mostly so I know when I have to have money ready for a new installment, so I’ll adjust as I want
Finished “In Search of Lost Time”.
Sophie Aldred is a fantastic narrator!
But you can’t leave Ace like this! I swear if Narvin doesn’t recruit her for the resistance in the next War Room season! But the way this is written makes me think Ace will come back into the Gallifrey fold, right???
I’ve given both “The Questing Beast” and this one a 4/5
Oh how I love Gallifrey
I might just listen to it in the next few days then, I mean I can always relisten and freak out about it later
Also you should definitely come to timelash, it was so much fun! Tbh, I was considering whether I should skip it next year since I’ll hopefully be doing an Erasmus exchange and have no idea what country I’ll be in, but now I simply have to go
The potential issue with this new set is that it does contain spoilers. Specifically for Series 4 (specifically story 2), Series 6 (specifically story 3), the ending of Soldier Obscura (the Ace/Brax story of Time War 1), and the War Room series in general. And I don’t think that Damned If You Don’t will hit as hard if you haven’t followed Narvin through everything.
Yeah, I won’t listen to ones that have spoilers for stuff I haven’t listened to yet. But given that they are set in different times, I’ve been asking myself if it might be fun to just intersperse them at their (approximately) chronological place while I’m listening, if they don’t contain significant spoilers. Would you say that Damned If You Do has spoilers beyond season two (or Pandora specifically)?
No spoilers for Pandora. The general background is of Insurgency so I agree with what @sircarolyn said earlier
So just listen to it after (or even while? That would be fun!) Insurgency you’ll be fine
I would say minor spoilers, to be honest. There are a few flash-forwards to future events, but they’re very vague. I personally wouldn’t worry, though!
That sounds good then, will probably listen this weekend
“Damned If You Don’t”
This little Narvin duology really delivered!
Seán Carlsen
I have no words right now. Fantastic!
5/5 and a
Damned if I don’t get to this collection quickly!
Okey here is a preview of my thoughts on 2.5
Now we are talking! This was a fantastic episode. Love the conflict and how well they pottery both sides. I love how the stakes and tension keep rising. This is what I hoped this series would bring when we started this.
I have already started 3.01
By Coldstreams Gonks! Are we turning you into a fan? Admit it!
No! But I think that it is okay. Good enough to continue!
Gallifrey gets everyone in the end!
Okey, I admit it. I like this series.
I was going to write that I don’t like evil K9 but then he was a good boy and the world is right again. This was a good episode and I like the combination of action and politics. In some weird way it almost reminds me of the TV show 24
Lela is such an interesting character and I like her in this environment. Great episode!
YAYYYYY welcome to my lair!!! Leela is the best and I love her. When they actually give her plot important stuff, it’s the best And, of course, Narvin got blown up again <3 poor guy
This is a good series! But I most say Leela is the star, not Narvin!
This feelt like an epic conclusion to the story. But there are some episodes left. Is it not over? I really liked this episode. I really feel that the series got rolling at the end of the last box and now I am on edge for every story!
Just wait til 3.4 and 3.5, you’ll most likely be pulling a David Tennant “What!? What?”. (To be honest, I don’t remember enough details of 3.3 to comment on it. But there are two distinct moments in the other two that I very much remember.)
