Yeah, when I used to be in the language learning sphere, English was one of those languages always touted as an easy learn. Russian is considered a challenge, but to my surprise I picked it up quicker than German (but I was more dedicated to learning the former, admittedly).

I really want to learn Russian one day, I started a few years ago but I had too many other things going on. One of my best friends is Russian, and I’d really like to be able to talk with her in her native language. So far, the only thing I really know is the alphabet
