Also Pluto TV doesn’t have the specials and only goes up to S12… so imagine people using that as their way of watching NuWho and suddenly wondering WTF happened between S4 and S5. “Why is the Doctor suddenly Matt Smith, crash-landing in a random backyard, and eating fish custard?”

For a while earlier this year, if you tried to access it from abroad you got an error message with a photo of the Fourteenth Doctor. Which was a strange choice.
Now it seems like they’ve gone back to no error message unless you actually try to watch something.
