It’s more of a frustration that once again there’s nowhere to stream either Classic or 2005 Who in this country.
It’s not that easy to recommend the show to others if it’s not readily available.
(Except for the two Cushing movies on Netflix apparently, and 2023 Who on D+ of course)

Basically nothing thing that isn’t made either for children or young teens gets dubbed to Danish 
But it’s not a big issue because English is mandatory for at least 9 years in school anyway.
