Fixed: The "Has Quotes" Filter not working properly

Just a quick bug report for @shauny.

When filtering for “Has Quotes: No”, a number of the episodes listed as not having Quotes, actually have quotes. This isn’t counting the fact that the Animated Episodes and Tales of the TARDIS are all listed when the original episodes have quotes.

Ones I noticed include: Utopia, Planet of the Dead, The End of Time Part 1, Victory of the Daleks, Amy’s Choice, and Night Terrors.

There were also a number listed that didn’t have quotes, so it wasn’t inversed or anything.

Looks like it’s working now to me!

If anyone’s wondering why you would use this filter, really, all the stories should have at least one quote, but not all do. So if you’re looking to add quotes, filtering to show stories that don’t have them shows you the ones that most need it.

Thanks for the Public Service Announcement

And I’ve just gone through and approved over 70 quotes which were waiting in the queue - sorry for the delay, and thanks for adding them!

Oh I had no idea what this was, I guess it wasn’t an intentional mistake lol

It wasn’t intentional in the case file itself, but when I heard him not only say, but flub that line, I knew it had to go on the guide
