I went with Flatline and The Family of Blood, with It Takes You Away rounding out the group of three. A second group of three would include Empress of Mars, The Satan Pit, and Forest of the Dead. This was so difficult, though, as I really, really like almost all of these, with only a couple that I find just okay.

This slot has no bad Episode, woah! (Yes I stand by what I said), there are many great ones to choose from: I adore The Empty Child, The Satan Pit & Forest of the Dead! Family of Blood is brilliant. Hide is a rare example of S7B Episode that I actually really like, but the Vote has to go to both Flatline, and It Takes You Away.
The former is a brilliant Episode highlighting Clara brilliantly, the latter is just one of the finest Jodie Episode we have gotten. It does have its Problems, but I really like it!

Went with The Empty Child and Forest of the Dead, but these are all great. Flatline and The Satan Pitt are probably my other two favorites.

Ascension of the Cybermen is a favourite of mine too, some really scary stuff there.
