UniverseOnHerShoulders is a great author. They have a lot of one shots for Torchwood and the revival. Enjoyed their 13/Clara fics

Gotta recommend Kathkin and Natequarter
Same Face, Different Software - Good fic focusing on Bonnie and she gets asked by Clara to do something for her. It’s fun and a bit silly at times but I enjoy it
it’s a fifty-fifty chance - if I get this wrong it won’t be pretty, but nothing is too risky - It’s a short Clara/Bonnie fic. She helps Clara after she deals with a small panic attack
Looking into your own eyes and seeing love - A great slice of life fic focusing on Clara/Bonnie. It does a great job at establishing their relationship.
