Now that you mention it, there’s an echo of the giant skeleton TARDIS from The Ancestor Cell in the design of the Rani’s base , so you could be on to something here (although that is a very deep lore pull, so I can’t imagine it being an intentional reference)

Yeah I’m starting to doubt if Omega is even gonna appear or its gonna get foiled. Would be wild if they didn’t have him appear, but yeah why use a BF line? They didn’t even credit BF in the credits

Gooood morning everyone! Or good day, I just woke up in my timezone lol.
Well, I think I liked it pretty good. I thought Rani and Floods had a good dynamic going on! I like how the new actress is portraying her. Also I thought I just wouldn’t be able to take Conrad seriously as a villain next to Rani, but I like what they did with him here, who is just kinda like “Welp, made myself god of the world, hope I don’t mess it up.”
I love the giant skeleton beasts, they’re fun. And a ship made out of both tech and bones is real sick! The setting of it being a weird eerie dictatorship past with remnants of the old world surviving was cool. I think just the setting is probably my favorite part. Neat setup.
Omega returning was not at all expected, but I liked him a lot in The Three Doctors, so I’m looking forward to it.
Ultimately I had fun with it.

Cut to next week and up pops the Monk on a tiny scooter playing recordings of Omega’s voice on a little CD player, as he gives a cheeky chuckle and a wave to the Rani.

I wonder why they didn’t show a glimpse of him, right at the end. Feels strange to end with “hey Omega is coming back” but then to cut while the Doctor falls off a balcony instead.

I dont really mind if finale is bad,like for me so far we had 6/7,lucky day i wasnt a fan of,everything else i liked,so if we end up as 6/8 im happy.
