I’m trying not to keep my hopes too high bc I don’t want to be disappointed but this looks EXACTLY like my kind of thing! Really looking forward to tomorrow
I don’t want to have really really high hopes and get disappointed, but I’m very excited for this episode, from what we’ve seen it looks exactly my thing
Very excited. I must admit, I have no Idea what to expect? Tone? Could be anything. Story? No Idea. And that’s what probably excites me the most. I made no Secret that outside of one Episode, this season hasn’t impressed as much with its Stories, sadly. While I enjoy 15 & Berlinda quite a lot, and I am yet to be ‘wowed’ by one of their Episodes, I hope it’s this one. Not familiar at all with Ellams Writing Work, but I am very excited about this one.
I will say my Hopes for this one has been scaled down, still I have a good Feeling about this one, and I really hope I am not wrong! Bring it on!!
After the disappointment of last week but the pretty solid run before that, I am cautiously optimistic. Hopefully I’ll actually get to review this on the day rather than almost a full week later.
I cannot see how the little prologue short story fits with the giant space spider from the next time clip at the end of last week’s episode. And that almost intrigues me most of all about tomorrow’s episode
I’m starting to get ideas about where the finale might be heading, but I am hoping Mrs Flood gets just a bit more than a “Susan Twist moment” this week.
Just read that free lil prologue thing for the episode.
Some nice artwork and the story was alright. But I thought the kid was 10 or 11ish, not 13. And I’ve never known a kid go “can’t do that, I’m just a child!” They either get defensive about being a child, or they just kinda stand there and go “uhhh what?”
I know everyone writes differently no matter their age but can’t help but feel that the adult who wrote it also severely underestimated how well a 13 year old can write.
Then again, it’s a free lil thing (yay!), and probably not worth it for a professional writer to pad it out a bit considering pay and everything.
