I do agree, the sentiment is quite nice but my biggest problem is that RTDās already done this
The End of Time, remember, when the Doctor gives his life just to save Wilf.
Hell, even Moffat did something similar with Eleven spending centuries defending one small town.
Here, itās done in such a contrived and morally confused way that I just canāt get behind it, whatever the intentions

I would totally be down for next season to be nothing but fake realities, especially if we kept thinking they were over, then things got really weird and it was another one. Like the Doctor regenerates back into Colin Baker for an episode, or, say, the Jonathan Pryce Master shows upā¦

Perhaps to a degree, but Iām actually cool with the idea of Billie as Sixteen. The thing Iām not completely sold on is the idea that everything we were shown was exactly what really happened. If it turns out that it all went down precisely the way that 70 minutes presented it, then okay, on to the next thing.

I thought of this too, but Iām fairly sure she was only pulled in after that decision was made. I think the scene in the TARDIS is where the reshoot started, and the exact leak was something to the effect of ā13 appears to help 15 cope with his regeneration.ā
I genuinely thought for a while that this was going to happen.
15 explicitly says to 13 āthereās no chance of a bigeneration,ā so I guess that was RTDās attempt to get out of that corner heād painted himself into.
Sheās definitely wearing at least a bit of lippy in both; it might just be a lighter/more natural shade in the second. I think sheās wearing mascara and/or eyeliner in the first, and maybe not in the second.
Then it turns out to just be his nickname on The Chase (the game show, not the DW serial).
