Anyways hey what the ■■■■ did the Rani mean by genetic explosion. small detail but like is that really our explanation for why gallifrey died. what does that even mean? did it affect all time lords or just the ones on gallifrey? if its the latter why was the Rani on gallifrey?

Have the Doctor go “this is silly” and choose a different form with the remaining regeneration energy like Romana II, but have her settle on a different form, unlike Romana II.
