So yes I need to eat my hat because Mrs Flood was the Rani all along.

I just am quite disappointed in that because there are so many reasons Mrs Flood just doesn’t make sense as the Rani - everything we have seen so far of her makes her look like a completely different person.

I’m hoping there are explanations for this, she is some kind of aberration regeneration like The Lumiat, and that also explains why she is subservient to the Rani straight away?

Aside from that, absolutely brilliant episode, this season is the best season there has been for many years, I hope they stick the landing!!

I suspect hoping it’s a red herring thrown out by the social team, I saw a good suggestion on the Discord that the Unholy Trinity is actually The Doctor, The Master, and The Rani. Although idk how I feel about the Master also coming back.
