Kill the Moon is fine actually! Legend of the Sea Devils would probably have been fine as a stand-alone episode but as a special it was a monumental disappointment.

As for best, The Power of Kroll isn’t even that bad and definitely doesn’t deserve to be in the bottom 20.

Orphan 55 is middling at best, and then they just have to tack on that really preachy moment at the end that ruins the whole experience.
Warriors of the Deep has a lot going for it, but it’s plagued by outside circumstance, a few mediocre performances, and poor monster design (the Myrka) which isn’t even the worst monster design of the season (the weird dino-chicken monster from Arc of Infinity).
