What I consider my “least favourite” out of this admittedly incredible line-up is honestly pretty easy; The Night of the Doctor isn’t even an episode, it’s a neat minisode and a fun time but should absolutely not beat out a single other episode here (though it already has).
My favourite is a lot harder to pin down - I don’t think I’ll ever pick a singular "favourite Doctor Who story - but I have some options. City of Death is my favourite when specifically talking about Doctor Who, I think it captures ever bit of charm and scope I love about the show.
However, either Midnight or Heaven Sent could be viewed as “the best” from a purely objective standpoint and I’m leaning towards the second. Rewatched only about a week ago and it was absolutely as good as I remember it.

There are many great choices here some of my very favorite Stories from the Show (Turn Left, Heaven Sent, World Enough/Doctor Falls etc) but… I have the fear the War Games will face a hard time here, so my money will stay on that Story since it’s superb.
Blink is great but waaaay too overrated.
