We have done favourite male companion and favorite female companion but what about the Doctors Robot/Cyborg/Dog friends?

So to clarify here… I is the og K9 who ends up with Leela on Gallifrey. II becomes Romana’s. III becomes Sarah Jane’s. right??? are we simply not counting our Australian buddy :smiling_face_with_tear: or am I muddled up somewhere

I didn’t even get a chance to save Kamelion from oblivion. So much potential wasted. Karvanista is 100% a companion as we know he travelled with the Fugitive Doctor. He is also awesome. K9 Mark II can have a downvote for being temporarily voiced by David Brierley who was never as good as John Leeson.

Unfortunately, the K9’s are a little muddled here, since the numbers should really be:
K9 I (Leela)
K9 II (Romana II)
K9 2 (Australian K9 series)
K9 III (Misc adventures, A Girls Best Friend, Beginning of School Reunion)
K9 IV (End of School Reunion/SJA)
K9 V (Book K9 in “The Wonderful Doctor of OZ”)

(Plus some misc unnumbered ones…)

Should we have a do-over with more K9s?

I don’t really have an opinion on all the different K9s.

Eliminating Mark III cos it’s the shortest lived version!
