What is happening?

What weird corner of the fandom have I ended up in?

I thought no story other than The War Games would have a chance.

I definitely did not anticipate Invasion of the Dinosaurs to be the one that would have a chance.

Being the only Malcolm Hulke script I’ve never seen, I should really get on that.

Nooooo!

To be honest I am surprised that Invasion got as far as it did. It is truly a hidden gem and we clearly have a lot of people with great taste here.

I am a bit disappointed in @BillFiler that had the opportunity to give the victory to the best story but chickened out and took the more mainstream choice :wink:

For a while there, you were all voting on a story called “Invasion of the Dinosaur”. Singular, one dinosaur. Cool, but not much of an invasion. I would’ve wanted to see it win because such a story doesn’t exist (unless we count the intro sequence in Deep Breath, which is certainly an invasion of a singular dinosaur), which would have meant that The War Games won anyway!

Everything from Ambassadors and up I quite like overall, though. This was a really strong collection of stories.
