Haven’t really thought about my favourite or Least favourite monster, but facing anything with the Doctor increases my chances of not dying horribly (probably

See, the problem with this is all of my favourite villains are the ones that would make for just the worst time.
The sound creature in Scherzo? I’ll pass on the psychological torture.
The Midnight Entity? Never a good time.
The Flood? I would die immediately, there would be no adventure
I don’t know what my least favourite villain would be though, so I’m probably dead either way.

As much as I love Eighth, he deals with enough trauma as it is, so for his sake, I’ll go with Thirteenth.
Eleventh with Adric and/or Kamelion, or Fifth with Nyssa… Yeah, I’ll take Fifth with Nyssa on that one. Give me my fairy tale princess scientist.
CIA Agent, just because if I’m going to be spending extended periods on Gallifrey anyway, I’d at least like the option to not be on the planet at some point.
Even though I don’t consider them monsters (part of the reason why The Impossible Planet/The Satan Pit took a while for me to really gel with), facing the Ood with the Doctor sounds quite nice to me. Certainly better than putting up with the ‘Sandmen’ again in any capacity.

I’m not honestly that sure what my favorite monster is.
Facing down the “Are You My Mummy” gasmask kid wouldn’t be too bad with the Doctor, as I’d probably just end up getting a full medical treatment by nanites, and if they were working properly…
Facing down the Master of the Land of Fiction wouldn’t be an issue, either, since he wants to retire, and I’d offer myself as his replacement.

Whilst I voted “facing favourite monster with the Doctor” (hey! At least they’d feel bad if I died horribly!) I can’t help but think that if I ever met Sil I would be filled with the exact amount of rage necessary to destroy him in one shot

Choose the least favorite Doctor and favorite Companion. Was tempted to go with the latter, then I remember Jeremy Fitzoliver exists and I couldn’t. So guess I am going to travel with 14 and Ace instead 
With the third, I think I will go with the typical choice of CIA Agent
