Why did I think this was Lulu at first…
I’ve somehow never been in here, so my choices:
- Travel with the Thirteenth Doctor for two years and survive - Especially if I get to hang out with Yaz and Ryan and Graham. Maybe they can even teach me how to say “Graham” the British way.
- Travel with your favorite Doctor and least favorite companion - I would simply shove Amy in front of a weeping angel at the first opportunity and suggest that we pick up someone else.
- Face down your favorite Monster/Villain with the Doctor - Going up against the Daleks would be scary, but I don’t like my chances alone against any monster, even if it was a psychic cactus or whatever.
- 1000 years in the future - I have no particular desire to see 1025. If it were 1525-1925, there would actually be a question here.
- Write an episode for TV with everything you want in it, but it’s universally hated - If I like it, that’s what matters.
- Work for UNIT - Torchwood operatives tend to die unpleasant deaths. UNIT operatives get to work with Rose Noble and Morris and the Vlinx.
- Work for PROBE - I don’t know either firsthand, but doesn’t Liz work for PROBE? So we could be work buddies, at least.
- Be EXTERMINATED by a Dalek - It would be an honor, and I’d have a quick, relatively painless death. Win-win.
- Classic Who - This is tough, but I think it just edges Nu out for me.
- TV only (all TV eras included) - Both the most enjoyable body of work and the easiest for me to consume.
- Peter Capaldi and Jenna Coleman join Big Finish but don’t appear together in any audios - A Doctor I like and a companion I like, as opposed to a Doctor I don’t like and a companion I don’t like. Easy choice.
- Be the Doctor Who showrunner for one season - Writing that many audios sounds like a lot of work. I would rather boss people around, and be able to have Jamie Childs direct the whole season and get Moffat in to write an episode or two.
- All of classic Who is found in a cupboard in Malaysia but Big Finish loses the license to make Doctor Who Audios - Per @RandomJoke’s reasoning. And even if it wasn’t restored to BF, the BBC or another licensee could still make good stuff. (Also, “a cupboard in Malaysia” is sending me!)
- Date with Maestro - No good options here, but at least Maestro could entertain me with a few tunes on the piano.

Penfold, easily. He’s more of a worrier than a warrior, so I think he’d get on great with Doctor Who.
Maestro, because if it pans out well I can start stealing their outfits.
