Sorry to hear that. The good thing is that the present TV era is not all. I did not click with 12 and 13 that much, but after that came an era that was more for me. Maybe the next one will work better for you.

One thing (for me at least) that’s good about what may be an extended hiatus is that I finally have a decent block of time to work on The Book About The Whole Bloody Thing without having to pause and graft a new era into my analysis.

I love how wide ranging Doctor Who is, there is always something for everyone, and I I’m so glad that this era was loved by many, it means that hopefully the show will continue, because i Would hate for it to stop!

Season 2 is I think, avenues better than Season 1, and definitely better than the specials. But it’s got some really gaping flaws in it. I’m trying my best to see past that as much as possible because I am still a fan of the show, but it’s certainly a strange spot to be in.
