Having read the preview for The Interstellar Song Contest in DWM, I’m disappointed to see that Murray Gold has written the songs that will feature. I’m firmly of the opinion that, as good a musician as he is, he can’t write songs. Twist at the End was terrible.

Give him a chance! He might’ve improved a lot from The Devil’s Chord. Also, it’s supposed to mirror Eurovision songs, which are hardly masterpieces in terms of songwriting. So he could nail the cheesy, simple ESC aesthetic

This is gunna be tight.
If football overruns, it’ll potentially be tight even between football coverage finishing and Eurovision starting. So strap in, Doctor Who fans!
