Doctor Who - Season 2 (2025)

Exactly. It was a problem with the human that was using the AI, not the AI itself.

Anyone fancy music from The Reality War?

On closer inspection, it sounds very much like a track from the end of Space Babies as well (timestamp - 39:16 in the episode).

I like that. Moffat said a similar thing when he invented Sonic Sunglasses - that’s something anyone can cosplay without having to buy expensive merchandise.

Same. I love this too:

‘It means you can put on any costume and say, “I’m the Doctor today,” because that’s what he’d do’

I do prefer Doctors to have a distinct silhouette and look, but I’m not against them changing the look so often too. It’s quite Capaldi and Pertwee-esque. It’s nice that Ncuti has had the recurring brown leather jacket here and there. Shame he hasn’t had more hats.

Listened in full and this is just an excellent piece. I don’t like the fact we’ve got to hear it prior to the story! There’s 15’s theme briefly in this, and its a very triumphant hopeful piece. Could well be a regeneration piece, or just after they’ve defeated the villain perhaps! Time will tell. If it is a regeneration piece though, absolutely wild it randomly aired on the radio pre-broadcast.

Yeah I’m actively avoiding listening to it solely because I don’t want to take away from how it’ll be in context

Mrs Flood will be “absolutely centre stage” in Wish World / The Reality War, and The Interstellar Song Contest has “astonishing stuff for Ncuti as well and pushes him and reveals things about him.”

I wish he didn’t tell us that the Interstellar Song Contest will subvert our expectations, and rather let them subvert our expectations. He gives the wrong stuff away.
