There was a nod to Hemingway’s Flash Fiction six-word story in The Story & the Engine .
Hemingway’s most famous is this one, a very sad tale:
"For sale: baby shoes, never worn." is a six-word story, and one of the most famous examples of flash fiction. Versions of the story date back to the early 1900s, and it was being reproduced and expanded upon within a few years of its initial publication.
The story is popularly misattributed to Ernest Hemingway; this is implausible, as versions of the story first appeared in 1906, when Hemingway was 7 years old, and it was first attributed to him in 1991, 30 years after his death.

(Note that Hemingway probably didn’t write it, because it was written when he was only 7 and then attributed to him 30 years after his death but perhaps the Doctor did something timey-wimey there?)
Of course the Doctor’s six word story is very clever:
I’m born. I die. I’m born.
Write your Doctor Who Flash Fiction below! It doesn’t have to only be six words, but that is a fun idea!

Honestly, Doctor Who should make an episode revolving around something being behind the sofa. I think you’re onto something there.

Ooooh I like this… how about:
The day he met me, I died
The day I met him, I was born

Yes that works too, but consider:
I don’t know if you can ‘meet’ someone if they are newborn (I know people use that term, but really, it’s not a two-way thing if they are a baby)
I liked the symmetry of both of them dying
