For the first time in DWDR herstory… our returning All Stars will NOT be competing alone! As they were unable to snatch the crown before, it’s going to take DOUBLE the charisma, uniqueness nerve and talent therefore its TEAMS season!
That’s right. 12 contestants, 6 teams, and a whole new format to explore. Competing in teams of two, each episode there will be a winning team, and the two worst teams of the week will lip-sync for their LIFE. But a game changing twist awaits. Only one contestant from each team may lip-sync, but the other may step in and hit the she-mergency button and replace them if they think their teammate is flopping.
Its all to play for, and the contestants have to rely on not just themselves, but their teammates to make it to the top. If one falls, they fall together. This season is extra, extra short due to the teams aspect, so strap in for a 5 episode run unlike no other we’ve seen yet!

Decided to shake up the routine and surprise everyone!! This was unplanned and slotted in as a bonus edition. 5 episode run! Teams!! Reveal won’t be long now…. there’s even team names!!
Valarie competed on Season 6, where she placed 2nd/3rd. Valarie won just one maxi challenge, the final maxi challenge of the season! It was a design challenge. She also placed in the top for the Make Over and Snatch Game, and never landed in the bottom despite a few low placements.
The 11th Doctor competed on Season 4 where he placed 6th. He was eliminated 9th, but returned in episode 10 after winning the comedy return challenge, only to be eliminated in the following episode.
Clara competed on Season 1, where she placed 6th. She won the first ever DWDR maxi challenge, and was safe until her elimination on the roast.
Madame Karabraxos competed on Season 9, where she placed 2nd. Despite her wild track record, she defied all odds and made the top 2 with 2 wins, 3 low placements and 2 bottom placements.
Clyde competed on Season 6, where he placed 8th. He placed in the top once for the Improv, but was either safe, low or in the bottom for the other 4 episodes he was in.
Rani competed on Season 2, where she placed 10th. Rani did not win any maxi challenges, only making it to episode 2 on her original season.
Lucie competed on Season 7, where she placed 11th. She never managed to place above safe on her 3 episode run.
The 8th Doctor competed on Season 10, where he placed placed 8th. He placed in the top 4 times, safe once, low once and was eliminated on his first bottom placement.
The Rani competed on Season 6, where she placed 9th/10th as part of a double sashay alongside Sutekh. She placed high twice, and safe once before her elimination.
Iris competed on Season 11, where she placed 2nd. Iris won the Girl Group premiere, Snatch Game and placed high in every other episode bar the acting challenge where she landed in the bottom 2.
