A solid fun, very readable Book, but that’s kinda it for me.
The ending doesn’t quite stick the landing, outside of it, it does most Things right, even if I miss the certain WOW-Factor to me. By no means is it bad, but overall after I finished reading it, I just thought to myself:
‘That’s it? Well, I mean it was good, but not great’
I will say Characterization-wise, it does a great Job. Both 15 & Ruby feel like their Characters, so I don’t have anything to complain here. The World building is (mostly) good, and similarly I quite like the Characters build up here.
Not amazing or a Book, I would rush to recommend, but it’s a good one if you want more from 15’s (sadly) short-lived run.
