I love humans. Always seeing patterns that aren’t there….

(Although, I would imagine that is intentional).

The Corinthian Project - Chapter 85

Short summary:
You sit at the back of the Presentation Pod, trying not to be distracted by sea creatures gliding past the glass dome. During the welcome speech, you learn that the TARDIS has brought you, the Doctor, and Martha to the Corinthian Project—an experimental underwater community funded by the Ocean Futures Organisation. Over a hundred people live here permanently, testing whether humans can inhabit the seabed without harming the environment. The Project is arranged in a loop of different Pods, with the wreck of a luxury liner—the Corinthian—at its centre as a warning against exploiting the ocean for personal gain.
Scripps, the Project Manager, is preparing a major presentation for a United World Council summit. Fortunately, you and your companions seem able to pass as visiting O.F.O. members, giving you the freedom to explore this futuristic underwater community. As you leave the Pod, the Doctor arranges a personal tour.

Choices:

Bio Domes cause they’re more futuristic and cause a view from underwater is more novel than a view above water

The Corinthian Project - Chapter 54

Short summary:
Scripps, mistaking you for members of the Ocean Futures Organisation, guides you and your companions through the main corridor toward the South Quadrant—the Science Quarter. You pass circular doorways and glimpse the wreck of an old cruise liner through viewing windows. Scripps explains that humanity must turn to the oceans for new food sources as cities become overcrowded and land resources dwindle.
At the South Quadrant, he brings you into a Laboratory Pod overlooking a vast field of Bio Domes—transparent hemispheres stretching as far as the eye can see.

Choices:

  • Go to 93 to check out a seaweed Bio Dome.
  • Go to 58 to visit a shellfish Bio Dome.

Seaweed.

Fish are friends, not food!

This one sounds like a choice between Fury from the Deep and The Macra Terror.

I went with the seaweed since obtaining vitamin C from the ocean is a little harder than obtaining protein

The Corinthian Project - Chapter 93

Short summary:
Scripps leads you through the corridor toward the seaweed Bio Dome, nearly completing a full circuit of the Project. As you walk, he talks about humanity’s long history of living near the sea and the potential of the ocean bed. Martha points out that oceans cover 71% of Earth’s surface, and Scripps calls it “a great deal of unharvested Earth.” You reach the Wet Dock, board a Mini Sub, and descend through an airlock as Scripps pilots you toward the Bio Domes.

Choices:

  • If you want to take a look at the wreck of the Corinthian, turn to 56.
  • If you’d rather head straight for the Bio Domes, turn to 52.
