Martha and Mickey always left such a bad taste in my mouth because it really comes across like RTD just put the two Black characters together despite them sharing basically no screen time and one of them already being engaged to someone else who she actually had chemistry with.

The Torchwood Archive ends with a dangling thread. Hoping the reveal is picked up on and we get more Jeremiah and Norton human empire content.

I think Martha and Mickey were both supposed to appear on Torchwood together. Which might’ve given us a little more context for their relationship. As it is it’s kind of nothing.
