Currently Reading - on the roadmap

Hey everyone this is a ROADMAP post which means you can vote for ideas that you want to see sooner, this will help shape the future of the site!

I thought this would be fun. For things that take more than a day - reading a novel, an anthology, or maybe even watching a Classic story over a period of days (well then I’d need to rename this), you could select a story or Collectable as Currently Reading (Currently Enjoying? Experiencing?)

Then it would show on your profile, and it could match you up with other people on the same book, and you could interact with them!

Like the Clubs, but automatic and no formal timeline.

Yes yes love this!! Especially for books or audio boxsets where it’s not in your next up, it would be nice to see what one is in the middle of

I’d like the idea so people know where I am in a series, or myself for that matter. Can be used for anything.

Maybe having a box on profile with currently “reading” and next to it have a 255 char limit text box for public notes. “Half-way through and living it so far.” etc

Yes, this sounds like an interesting way of expanding on the Next Story feature. And it is similar to what Goodreads and other sites do. I like it!

I definitely would be using this for the 4-hour long Zagareus which I only finished two parts so far…

I love this idea. Would help a lot when I decide to start watching more classic who later this year and for future books.
