At 52 televised episodes (at thirty minutes each), Clyde Langer beats out every Doctor, companion and villain to become the most televised individual (new) character in 21st century Doctor Who media.
And well-deserved! Everybody raise a piece of stolen toast in honour of the King of Cool. You may all defend Billie Piper, but I know which character I would have liked to have seen at the end of the Reality War.
I am not surprised it’s a Character from the SJA, considering its more-Serial Format. I still have to go through the Show properly (only done 7 Serials), but I congratulate Mr. Langer for this Achievement, now all we need is a Doctor to beat his Record
I’m intrigued by this. I haven’t watched all of the SJA, but there must be a number of Sarah- lite stories (or Sarah-wholly-absent) ones for him to be able to beat her, especially as she clocked up three episodes of nu-Who as well. I’m not challenging the working out though, just trying to understand it.

I didn’t make this clear in the title, but the statistic refers to new characters; Sarah Jane herself is a carry-over from the classics, of course. :]
They really should have called the show The Clyde Langer Adventures, but I guess that wouldn’t have drawn the initial audience!
If the Clyde Langer Adventures has a million viewers, then I am one of them. If the Clyde Langer Adventures has ten viewers, then I am one of them. If the Clyde Langer Adventures has only one viewer then that is me. If the Clyde Langer Adventures has no viewers, then they have recast Clyde (or I’m dead). If the world is against the Clyde Langer Adventures, then I am against the world.
Does this mean Clyde will become the 17th Doctor? He’s already swapped places with The Doctor once (death of the doctor) so maybe some artron energy is still in clyde.
