He has disappeared from some lists (I have only noticed it on some but not all comics). Tryied to add him by the “Suggest Edit Form” but he was already on the list.

There were a bunch of them, the ones I linked were just some examples. Just because I am curious. What was the problem?

This is quite strange, I can see what the problem is but I’m not sure what caused it, or why it is only some comics? It’s a mystery!
Luckily it doesn’t affect filters or badges or anything like that, just the story page. And it’s fixed if I go in and update the story. I wish I had an easy way of seeing which stories were affected so I could make sure to fix them all.

I’ve manually fixed this for all Twelfth Doctor comics, it seemed to only affect those, plus I’ve edited Eleventh Doctor comics to change the order around as often the Doctor was far down in the list.
I hope this bug never comes back! But let me know if you spot it again.
