BF have launched their new website! Please go easy on them lol, think it got a bit hateful before. Granted I know it was full of issues, but their subcontractor ■■■■■■ up massively.
Ooh. I love this new website compared to the other one. I had issues with the search in the first one but this one works.

Light mode AND dark mode. See, they do listen to feedback!

This part shows that they definitely learned from last time, and are taking it carefully:
For the next few hours our new site will be in ‘exploration mode’ , allowing you to search, browse, and listen to trailers or podcasts, but not make any purchases or access your account. This time allows us to finish migrating purchases from the last few days into your accounts and run tests to ensure that everything matches with your current library.

Yep! I think while there is definitely blame for them to take, it was clear they put far too much trust into their subcontractor, they have learned from it which is great!

I also like that the design isn’t drastically different from the old one. It’s more modern and a bit slicker, but you still recognise it as BF. And yes, dark mode and better search make it a huge improvement!

Definitely! The move will probably help them to be able to make further changes that are on the more drastic side I assume? It’s a step in the right direction at least. I too like that it’s not wildly different because I have loved the old site for years

It’s not as drastic a change as the last new website was which I like, it feels similar, just slightly more improved
I also noticed they’ve added a ‘Monk collection’ to the villains page, makes me wonder if we’re going to be seeing more of them soon

Apple Pay is now an option!! Trailers easier for people to spot if they didn’t know they were there already! Release order underneath stories is great as well as the better search function!
Also there’s a jumping on point tab and it’s really great and I’d agree with the sets chosen

They’ve also cleaned up the titles so that the release number is in brackets after the title rather than before. It looks nicer and makes it easier to keep track of the release order as well.

Well that’s a few hours re-doing all the links I have.

It looks like a revamp of the previous site, rather than the radically different old-new site they tried.

Well, here we go again…
Fingers crossed this works out better for Big Finish than the last attempt
I didn’t have a problem with the old site, but I appreciate it’s probably time for an update.

Made this into a new topic. I have not had the time to check it out yet. Hope it is good!

Just had a very quick browse, but I’m digging it.
Looks like my main issues have all been ironed out (finally there’s not 200 editions of the Stuff of Legend clogging up 8th’s tab!)
Looking forward to looking at it properly, later, but pretty impressed so far!
