Yeah that’s what makes it confusing, wanna have it so its simple on the guide for new listeners. Then again, 5 leads on from the 4 cliffhanger but is it necessary? not really. Plus 4 wraps up 1-4 sort of so it’d be confusing maybe as a first season.

I’d say 5 pretty cleanly recaps anything new listeners would need to know about 1-4. It technically follows on from that cliffhanger, but not directly, and not in a way that really affects anything. I don’t think the same could be said for 6

I think TW1 and TW5 work best, but TW1 and TW4 also works well too.
Uncharted I think doesn’t work as well without TW5

Time War s1 and s5, but even so you’ll not get the same experience out of s5 if you haven’t heard Lucie’s season 4 (because of Alex) and the ending of season four (which would’ve set up season 5 if it wasn’t for the time jump).
Season 4 doesn’t make sense as a starting point because you’d have missed a lot of Bliss’ journey and the main plot of season 4 (the return of the Daleks) is tied to season three (their extinction).

On the final page of Vortex they show all the releases for the year, and sometimes they’ve been known to accidentally reveal a title or release. It used to happen a lot, not seen them do it for a while!
